Do my pay as you go include international callings?

International calls are always chargeable. There are add-ons to reduce the cost, but most calling plans include UK landlines and mobiles only.

Your pack does not include making International calls or texts from the UK to non-UK nos. They need to paid for out of your PAYG credit.
