New pay as you go sim, plan not starting.

Hey there, would appreciate any help! I bought a pay as you go sim along with a £20 pack for it that was supposed to include unlimited texts and minutes as well as as 30GB of data.
It said my £20 top up would be added within two days, it's been 3 now and still no sign of it activating. When I text "AL" to 150 I am greeted with:
"Your current balance as of today 10:58 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts go to MyEE. ee.co.uk/myee
For info on our other text services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices"
When checking my EE page I was shown nothing in my allowances, I will attach a screenshot for reference.
If it is any help, I transferred my old number over to this sim card as I need it for almost everything.

Where'd you buy it? Did you pay £20 for it?
It would seem that your £20 top-up hasn't arrived yet. I'd take it up with the seller.

I ordered it from the EE website and had it shipped to my house.

It was the "recommended" one where it gives you 70GB instead of just 30GB.
I have checked my bank statement and the money for it was taken out on the 21st.
