My pack has not updated despite lots of credit and I cannot use my phone. The phone line help person said there was no solution as it was an IT issue without prognosis. Has anyone else had this and what is to be done? Change supplier?

Did the person you spoke to say that everything is set up OK for it to start automatically?
Have you tried restarting your phone?

I'm having the same issue today, tried asking the messaging service about it but the ai couldn't understand what I was asking.

Hi, I have restarted the phone. Pack was due yesterday. I hit a txt saying I did not have enough credit to renew and another one the same today.

Same problem here. Tech support suggested texting NOW to 150, must have done this a dozen or more times but no change. Loads of credit in account. I guess PAYG customers are not really high priority.

It does not say, only gives my balance. But it is the £1.50 weekly pack
