In addition, I have now been able to investigate my payment history, (thankfully EE at least permitting that!). Evidentially 'cuz you let your legacy pack go on 12th Feb' being grossly incorrect. Apology accepted.
I can only assume that due to ignorance, incompetence, indolence and/or whatever, my account has at some instance been conflated with some other. All the same, an EE cockup.

Then in light of facts that have been revealed, you need to reinstate my £5 pack, the one that through erroneous assumptions you've deleted. You had no right to delete it in the first place. Reinstate it.
