Moving from PAYG to PAYM

I'm trying to move my EE PAYG SIM to PAYM SIM only contract.  I log into my account and then go through the shop to pick the plan that I want.  But when I go to my details and log in 'as an existing user' it says I can't be logged in.  So how do I do it easily without starting again and getting a new number.  Everything I try just takes me around in cirlces

@georgetheboss : When it says 'an existing user' it means 'an existing contract user' but you're not. Anyway that ain't the way to do it.

You can switch from PAYG online to contract by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

I have a staff discount code off a friend would I still be able to use this as well as the 20% or would I be easier completely starting again

You can only use one discount code, if you wish to use the friends and family and order a new contract once this arrives you can call us to see if the team can move the pay as you go number to your new contract 🙂
