Hi,
My child has a PAYG number, registered under her name, that I would like to move to my account change to a SIMO.
Is there a way to do this or would I need to port it out to another provider and then port back in after the SIMO is set up?
Thanks

Hello @ViperSlider ,
I would suggest speaking to customer service with your daughter there, they should be able to move it on to your account with her being there as well.

Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
After which you can add the no. to your EE a/c.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

- Keeping the PAYG sim active while not making calls or sending texts in Pay as you go
- Been charged for a bizarre PAYG Data Addon I never asked for in Pay as you go
- App wont accept details in Contracts & Billing
- Paid £15 for pack but it's missing after number transfer – can't make calls in Pay as you go
