subscription pack change

Afternoon,

I am trying to contact EE about this, but can't speak to a human. I got a "pay as you go" subscription pack for my son. The nearest EE shop is 30 mins away so I went into a local independent phone shop and got a subscription pack. I wanted a £10 pack, but they only had a £15 pack, but said I could just activate the £10 online using the pack. I believe I did this and paid the £10 but it seems me son has been charged for all usage calls and texts etc when he should be getting 500 mins talk and unlimited texts free.

Is it possible to  activate a £10 subscription on a £15 card or was I mis-sold?

Any idea how I can talk to a EE human?

Thanks

Phil.

When you say you bought a PAYG subscription pack do you mean you bought a EE PAYG SIM containing a £15 pack?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi, Thanks for the reply. My wife pressed a lot of buttons after calling 150 and managed to get through to a human and he quickly sorted the issue. Seemed the system thought it was a £15 PAYG SIM and not the £10 so since I had only added £10 the SIM card hadn't been properly activated. Now all sorted. Texting AL to 150 showed the correct data now.

Thank you.
