Broken Website

The website has been broken for months and the issue was apparently reported months ago with further reports up till now.

I am trying to upgrade from PayG to PayM, in order to get 20% off of my contract I am required to sign in; However, when I do sign in, the ‘Shop’ section of the website completely breaks and I’m unable to set up a contract/pick a contract or even view the available contracts (Sim Only Contract).

I’ve considered calling 150 and trying to make a report but it’s not an issue for me, yet. I’ve seen people doing so and not really getting anywhere.

Has EE acknowledged this issue/similar issues anywhere and is there anything they’re doing about it?

@Prg4 : Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.
