Monthly pay as you go pack

I want to get a subscription pack/plan for £5 per month. I had this until recently but I forgot to update my debit card when the pack was due to be renewed and I think the plan was deactivated. I can only see packs/plans for £10 and upwards. There is a 10% discount on recurring monthly packs with a direct debit which is what I had, only it was £5 (£4.50 with discount). Any advice appreciated.

Cheers @carias73, is that the pack you were wanting?

If that's all good, you can reply YES to the message and it should get this applied for you.

Hey there @carias73, welcome to the EE Community.

When looking at our current pack range, £10 is the lowest price we currently offer, but there definitely have been £5 options in the past.

If you try sending us a text with ALL PACKS to 150, what options does it present?

I'm really glad to hear that @carias73!

Have a great weekend, and I hope you have a Merry Christmas too 😊

You had a legacy pack. If a legacy pack doesn't auto renew (perhaps by EE deliberately withdrawing it) you can't then buy it manually. However you can buy 1 of the latest packs & you will retain the previous free boosts.
