Hello, i have just bought a new sim and I have changed the number in my ee account and I have added money and bought a £10 pound 7 day data pack and it has been added to the incorrect number. Can you please change this?

@Anna193 It’s been added to the correct number of your account. A new sim and number means you need to setup a new account for that new number. You can not change a number on an account unless you request a change of number via calling customer services.
If you call customer services and explain what you’ve done they might be able to help you.
