Is it only data that you are having some trouble with, are calls and texts working as expected?
When you say data will not come on, do you mean you can't connect to it, or does it show online that you have no allowance remaining to use?

@Kyronlong200412 What does texting AL report back ? Credit on an account can not be used towards data usage and you need a data add on or pack for data.
