How the heck do you get to speak to a manager at EE?

Anybody have any ideas as to how to speak to a manager at EE?
I have had conversations with three different customer service reps in the past three months and each has failed to fix an automatic top-up issue, and last month I didn't even receive the promised refund! I'm now very close to moving away from EE to another network after many years.
These problems have only started since changing from contract to pay as you go and it seems like I'm now third class customer 😞

You can't.... you just get passed to a floor manager of that department who will tell you the same thing.... I had to complain since the new phone I've recieved but Beth in the complaints department talks to people like a dog.... so your basically fcked
