Hi there,
I’m currently using a PAYG plan and put 40.00 in my credit last month to be able to pay for at least 2 months worth of my plan. In this last month, though, my remaining credit has reduced from 20 to 14.25, despite me constantly being on wifi, having a plan that provides unlimited calls and texts, having only used about 3 GB of data (I have 61.5 GB available), and not making or receiving any international calls. Just yesterday, I had 16.25 worth of credit, and now it’s down to 14.25 and I hadn’t even disconnected from wifi all day. If someone could explain to me where my money is going, I would really appreciate it.

Hi @KiraK55.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Credit definitely won't disappear without any good reason, and we don't charge for data without you opting in to an add-on, so it's most likely to be an out of allowance call or text here.
This won't necessarily be an international call - there are chargeable numbers within the UK too, and you can find more details of what's included in your inclusive minutes here:
Costs to call non-geographic numbers | Mobile Help | EE
We don't have access to accounts via these forums to specifically check your charges, but if you give our customer care team a call, they'll be able to take a closer look into things for you.

@KiraK55 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Look in your online MyEE a/c: Manage > Manage account > See all usage > Your usage (at foot) to show usage for up to last 30 days.
