Making calls from abroad

I'm in Taiwan and cannot make outgoing calls or send text messages but can receive them.

I have a pay as you go and it's been a while since I made a chargeable call but I was able to top up some credit today.

If your account is in hibernation then you'll need to speak to EE CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
