Why do I have to have credit to listen to my voicemail? I'm paying as you go and have a VM but I can't hear it as I haven't out credit on. I have no intention or topping up my phone yet- its unfair I have to pay to listen to a FREE service

@Louiser1   It’s a service provided at no charge if you can not take that call but calling your voicemail to listen to any voicemail is totally different service to an answer phone service.    You can use a pack allowance of minutes to call your voicemail but if you don’t have an allowance there is a charge as it’s a call that you are making.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Louiser1

Welcome to the community.

Have you got an active pack?
