In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM .
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I have had the same issues I want to link my 2 daughters phones to my account
I keep getting the message back WE’REHAVING TROUBLE LINKINING YOUR PRODUCTS
ANY IDEAS HOW TO RECTIFY THIS

Yes but then it sends a sms to the number that I can't read because it's just a mobile broadband sim. I can't log on because I don't have a password and I can't link it to me we app because it send sms to the dim when I try. It's infuriating

@Lfcdon : Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
Factory reset mobile router to get admin pwd back to default written on label.

- I’ve paid my bill via the app and it’s still showing unpaid in Contracts & Billing
- Connecting device when I accidently made one more account_all is not working now in Pay as you go
- application error in EE app and website
- Mobile cut off 2 times in 1 week in Contracts & Billing
- is there no longer an online chat option for personnel accounts in Contracts & Billing
