Stopping pack losing boosts

LE1536

I have recurring top up set up for £10/month pack and a bunch of boosts I’ve built up over the years.

I’ve also accrued £60 in credit when I didn’t realise I had 2 auto top ups running at once. I’ve cancelled the second one

What I want to know is, if I cancel my auto top up will I lose all my boosts? I want to stop it so I can use up my credit for a few months (since I understand I can’t get a refund on it) but I don’t want to risk losing my boosts

No, you won't lose your free boosts.

I can't see how it is possible to have more than 1 Direct Card Payment.

Thanks!

I can’t remember exactly since it was a while ago it was set up, but I had one monthly payment for £10 and another for £9 with the simple payments 10% off ‘add on’, so the £10 was going to my credit but the £9 was (and still is, now I’ve stopped the £10) automatically buying the next pack.
