Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

Hi @XRaySpeX,

The issue that was reported yesterday was resolved overnight but the ticket remains open for monitoring. I've contacted support to let them know we're seeing some new reports of problems.

I'll let you know if I receive any new updates.

Hi James,

It has been working this afternoon, but will see how it goes on this evening.  I use the wifi mini when we go away to airbnb's and sometimes the internet provided is not good and they are not always provided with EE internet home.  Elon Musk internet provider was the last Airbnb and had not problems and didnt need to use my Wifi mini. 

Today, the wifi mini is behaving, but seems not to be working very well with the Firestick, like it use to, but I am still seeing how it goes.   Very disappointed how the pricing structure has change on the top up add on's.  Pre-covid top up on credit for £25 for a 20GB for 30 days, which was worth having the Wifi mini with me.  Now, the top up is only for £20 for 10GB??

Is there going to be a better pricing data structure for the wifi mini? 

Its seems, the 10 GB is only lasting me for about 3 days and I have spent £40 now.

@rhons71 : £20 gets you 50GB for 30 days on a PAYG pack. Do you have a data SIM? If so, you'd be better off with a PAYG phone SIM with packs.

Same here. I text balance to 150. I have unlimited calls/texts and 180gb of data. I can’t call or even load google.

 It was fine about an hour ago.

Hello, I have a pay as you go and I recently bought the pack with unlimited calls texts and 30gb data and suddenly nothing works neither my calls nor my text or data but when I check online it says I still have 60gb data and unlimited calls and texts untill the 5th of October I don’t understand what’s happening why nothings working in very unsatisfied as I’m away and I don’t have a way to contact anyway so I’m sat  near caffe using Wi-Fi 

This is also happening to me! Hoping someone from EE can help.
