Hi, since yesterday I have been having trouble using my allowances, everything was working fine then all of a sudden I could not use data, make a phone call or send a text as it says I have insufficient balance.
I have texted AL to 150 & checked the app, this is what I have.
Your current balance as of today 10:51 is £0.05. You have unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 194.8GB remaining until 04/10/2023 for your £30 Pack. Your remaining data includes 89.0GB of rolled over data. Your last top up was £30.00 on 03/09/2023 at 20:29. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the My EE app or ee.co.uk/MyEE
For info on our other Text Services, reply HELP or go to ee.co.uk/textservices
I have tried restarted my phone, removing the SIM card and then putting it back in but it hasn’t changed anything. Yesterday when it did it after a couple hours it began working again but has now done the same thing. I have full signal also, thanks.

Hi, I currently have 481 minutes left in my allowance, never had have any problems earlier today or in past years with EE. Just made a call this morning which worked normally but now making any call to any number (local numbers, literally called the same numbers without problem earlier) gives the following automated response: you don't make enough credit to make this call.
I cannot find any accepted solutions on the forums, most refer to international calls or calls outside of the UK.
I would appreciate any further help in solving this issues. Thanks!

Hi @Louisparr,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
If you're still unable to use your allowances, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can refresh your account.
Thanks
James

@kakavidal : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@Alberti , @kakavidal , @NGangoo , @Louisparr , @Jessmarku , @Faisal19 : There seem a lot similar over last day, all PAYG not working when they have plenty of allowances & credit. I have merged them so you all know what's going on.
@James_B : This seems to be a widespread issue. What are EE doing to fix it?
