Issues with credit

 Anybody else having issues with credit? I can’t call 150, telling me insufficient credit, I have 12.6 GB of data but won’t connect to internet on 4G, it’s doing my head it!

I have already subscription pack why I have no internet connection 

Hi I’m a pay as you go customer. But every time I go to make a call , send a text or surf the internet I’m not allowed . I get get told I have no funds left . But if I log into my account from another device and look at my account if says I have unlimited calls and texts and 5gb of data left . Is anyone else having the same problem 

I have a 4Gee WiFi mini. I use it when I go on holiday in the UK. Just top up £20 for 5GB.  Within 1 hour, no internet connection and I have 4.6GB left. 

Why isn't it working and I leave tomorrow for home and the GB with be wasted as only valid for 30 days. The 4gee WiFi mini is being ditched, rubbish or EE awarded the rubbish connection???

Hey, you're not alone here. Got the same problem now, my data connection suddenly dropped and now I'm asked to sign in to the network or whatever. It assumes I don't have data, but if I click on that sign-in thing, it says that I have a data plan active.

Seems like the problem is solved, I can connect to the internet again. Maybe there was an outage or something like that. Or maybe the network just needed a small nap.

Yes!!! I have 30gb data and unlimited minutes and won’t let me make any phone calls and won’t connect me to internet either. I thought it was just me
