I send one sms from abroad every month but I’ve been told I didn’t do any charge

I’m abroad for a while and I send one sms from abroad every month but I’ve been told I didn’t do any chargeable text and my account will be closed. But my money is going down when I send a text and I’m not able to see my statement of all my expenses in the ee app.
here is the text:
Hi, as you haven't made a chargeable call/text or used data for six months, you will now lose any remaining credit (as per our terms and conditions). Your number will also be disconnected in the next three months and we'll text you beforehand to let you know. Please call us on 150 if you would like to discuss this.
I’m trying to avoid to call them to Dont spend money. Do you know how to see my charges to my account? See every sms I’ve sent with the costs
