I'd like to change from pre paid to pay as you go

@jackedwards01 You can do the switch from PAYG online by Switch to pay monthly and save . Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

I no longer live in the UK and only need my phone when I'm back in the UK. I will just top it up then. How do I change it

Thanks for coming to the community. 

To move a pay monthly number to pay as you go, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250 and the team will get this sorted for you. Please be aware we can' guarantee the SIM card will work abroad if you move this to pay as you go, as this would need used on the EE network to activate.
