Hello my phone number *********** has ended the contract that I had monthly, I have entered my EE application and I have recharged £15 and they appear there, but I cannot make calls or send text messages. because when I do it I get a message that I don't have enough credit, but I have put £15. I would like to fix it or get my money back. Thank you

@FernandoB : Did you ask to be moved to PAYG when you cancelled your contract?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

- Keeping the PAYG sim active while not making calls or sending texts in Pay as you go
- Phone will be disconnected due to inactivity in Pay as you go
- Been charged for a bizarre PAYG Data Addon I never asked for in Pay as you go
- not getting what is advertised in Contracts & Billing
- How to buy subscription with existing credit in account? in Pay as you go
