Subscription pack not activating

Hi,
I have had a new SIM card and when I got it I purchased a subscription pack. I have tried accessing data, making a call and sending a text and it hasn't activated. I have also texted balance to 150 (as per another thread here).
Anyone know anything else I can try?

Are you able to make calls?
Does anything report back different when you text BA to 150?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I'm in the UK. I paid for the £15 subscription pack when I ordered the SIM and can see that as my pack in MyEE on the web but not in the MyEE app. This is the response I get from 150:
