Good afternoon. I´ve bought a pack 15GB (15 pounds), the service choosed is showed on my login but no data have been add. Because this i bought an add-on, i am travelling and i couldnt stay without data, the add-on data have been add at the same time but until now the data of the pack not. I really dont know what to do. I´ve reported this for the credit card, but they said me that EE confirmed the purchase. Yes the purchase was made but the service until now, have not been delivered. Another point is that i didnt received any email about the pack, i always received for all transations, and i received the message about the add-on.
I hope you will solve this problem
