I topped up 20 pounds back November 12. Because says i needed to have 20 pounds to renew my local pack automatically today November 17th.  But it only renewed the expiration date and didn't add the data. Please help. Now my 20 pounds balance is lost. And my data is still taken over from last month

@nikkuhams123 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Supposed to be a new fresh 60gb but it just says 7.2gb which was remaining
on my previous 20 pound pack. And my 20 pound top up is gone. 😞

That was yesterday. Now do it today, your actual renewal day.
