Data plan not autonomatically renewing

Although previously when I topped up my account to £20, my SIM local pack would automatically renew, when my plan ended on December 8, it did not automatically renew despite having the credit. When texting BALANCE to 150, it confirms that my current balance is £20. I would highly appreciate any help or clarification on this issue.
