My EE Plan is simply Talk & Text – when my PAYG Account Balance starts getting low I just send a top-up to my EE account. The phone does not run any Apps, so I am using my PC (Chrome) browser to access my EE account online. When I login (https://auth.ee.co.uk/) I can select MANAGE (https://ee.co.uk/manage ), and then see the message to “View Full Usage” but when I click on that msg. I do not see any list of calls; it just takes me to: https://ee.co.uk/plans-subscriptions/mobile where I am shown several much less affordable Plans on offer ! Please can anyone suggest what I my problem might be? (apart from being a pensioner) Many thanks William

@williamM65 : View Full Usage went AWOL late last year & has been lengthily discussed in Where to see the break down of my usage since Oct '25. but it is not really resolved yet.
