Hi, my sim expired from some days. I would recharge it to reactivate my number, but i cant find any section to recharge in your site, neither in the app.

hi. i did some tries, i called skype number and followed topup istructions.
When i put expired sim numbers it say "this number is not an EE UK pay as you go number".
i tried different expired sim (expired from 1-2 weeks).
So isnt there any way to recharge an expired sim ?

If a PAYG SIM has been hibernated for lack of chargeable use, you should first speak to a CS agent to get it re-activated. Not doing so for 3months from the point of hibernation will result in permanent disconnection and loss of credit.

my sim are 15gb 15£ type and similar.
i cant find the correct procedure.
is there a way to contact them from mail or similar? i cant speak english properly at phone...

called them and they say number was cancelled even im sure is expired from about 2 weeks. Bah
