i cant call and neither send sms to 150 from abroad (was trying to topup).  No way to exit from this situation

i read  To top up someone else's number: Text 150 with VO then a space and then the 16-digit voucher number and then the mobile number you'd like to top up e.g VO 1234567891234567 07123456789

I have the pin code, someone here with EE in uk can send sms for me? would be really appreciated and i resolve.

Hello @Anast78

That's right, to make calls abroad you will need to have credit or an active subscription pack with the Roaming Pass.

Have you tried topping up via the Fast Top-Up route?

Katie

Yes, you need to have credit to call CS as it costs 25p per call.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

There's no point in topping-up if your SIM's gone into hibernation. You need to call CS to reactivate it.

@Anast78 , do have something like Skype, you can ring them for free:

+448000798586

Just wondering, when phoning from Italy, did you have credit on your account to make a call to EE, as you would have needed it, certainly with the number @Katie_B  gave you?

You would need credit to make calls whitest abroad, but using Skype, you can use the free number at no cost.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
