Hi @Miho2

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you roaming at the moment or in the UK?

Once you land, you should receive a text with a link to purchase a roaming pass. If you are roaming now, did you receive any texts?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

There is no such data add-on? Where did you read about it?

On PAYG there will be roaming charges to use your pack allowances in the EU, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival offering & inviting you to take up the options for roaming in EU of either £2.50 / day, by replying ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by replying ROAMEU7D to 150. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.

As you are on PAYG, just make sure you had already used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text in the UK.

Hi thanks for the useful information, I'm currently in UK and planning to travel to Denmark soon.

The above link states
  • If you choose not to opt in to these charges or if you don’t have a an active 30-Day Plan/Saver Plan, you'll be charged the standard roaming costs: 70p a minute and 30p a text and you’ll need to buy a data add-on (500MB for £3).

Ah, 500 not 550!

It'll be part of the offer you'll get in the Welcome msg when you arrive. I think you may even get 1GB for £3 / day. They've been revised recently.
