I just receieved my PAYG sim in the post which I ordered with the £10 pack, should have sms, minutes and data. On the EE app itnsays I have the oqck, but scroll down and minitues I have 0, sms 0 data 0, it says to call or sms someone to activate the pack but when I try it can't send sms and says I don't have enough credit to call? How do I get it to start working? Thanks.

Hi @Cara28
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you have EE signal showing on the phone?
Could you try restarting the phone, does the reply from 150 come through after doing this?
Speak soon 🙂
Leanne
