How long does it take for a pay as you go sim to activate?

I bought a pay as you go sim two weeks ago, a lot of hassle later two of them arrived yesterday. I've put it in my phone, but my number hasn't transferred yet and none of the allowances i paid for are available. I paid £20 for a 70gb monthly sim, yet i have no available data, no credit and my subscription pack says 15gb. I've been without data for over a week now since transferring from GiffGaff and it's not a great look to new member. Anyone know when I can expect to receive what i've paid for (twice!)EE dashboard.pngSim Order.png

They say within 24 hours but it's normally immediate.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Did you actually spend £20 when you ordered? The invoice says £0. You sure you didn't order a free PAYG SIM requiring you to top-up yourself later?

Afternoon @AdamCavo

Please call us on 150 as @XRaySpeX advised and the team will certainly get this looked into for you.

Leanne 🙂

I have a similar problem today, paid for £10 top up at purchase four days ago bu the 150 response 'Your current balance as of today 11:50 is £0.00. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk'

Needless to say I cannot see any help anywhere, and 'google' got me here.
