ee have given me constant problems
1. when i had a promotional unlimited data add on it still used data from my pack allowance
2. when i tried to cancel my pack later on it took 6 weeks to get rid of it
3. i have an offer to get free data when i top up, EVERY TIME i have to make a complaint to get it appllied
anyone else having a problem with ee should leave ee. i reccomend smarty, smarty.co.uk

Your issues seem to be service-related, all providers can have those from time-to-time. Especially so budget providers who piggyback others.

@brokee2024 Why are you recommending a different network when you are an EE customer who has an issue? How does recommending a different network help to resolve the issue you have with EE.

Hi @brokee2024
One of the benefits of PAYG is you can move at any time if you're unhappy with service or the network.
Good luck with your new carrier.
Thanks
