I've been charged twice today while trying to re-start my subscription pack. The website is a nightmare to navigate. I initially did the payment as a Top Up thinking that would resolve the issue.

I have called 150 but it is all just automated messages. There isn't an option to speak to a "Human". Once the menu cycle has run its course you are just disconnected. A complete waste of time!

This will get you nowhere you a passes to a bot no matter what you want there is no people to talk to I’m moving my contract elsewhere absolutely disgusted
