How do I cancel sim?

I ordered the £15 sim, money has been taken, sim never arrived. So I will be getting a sim from another supplier now. But what happens with my £15 I paid? Do I get a refund? And when? As the EE sim will never be activated. Frustrated that EE don’t have email address and I cannot ring EE as I don’t have a working phone as I have no sim.

Hi there @Mike394, welcome to the EE Community.

Like @XRaySpeX has mentioned here, we would definitely recommend contacting our customer care team.

Whilst I can understand you may no longer want this SIM, the most important thing is to make sure you know what exactly is happening with the order, then we can review your options from there.

The last thing we would want is for this to have gone through, and you end up being charged for a contract you're not using.

If you don't have a phone  you can call us from another person's phone, or also through VOIP services like Skype, via the details listed here.

You would need to phone CS to say you never received your order & to claim your money back.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I can’t ring because I have no sim.

What does the ‘+’ mean on the number?

Hey again @Mike394.

+44 is the UK country code that you need to use when dialling from abroad or via a VOIP service.

this replaces the 0 at the start of a number, and can usually be inputted by holding the 0 key on your keypad.

Therefore a number starting 07 or 02 would instead be +447 or +442, respectively.
