Help with a refund

Someone help please accidentally bught a £15 subscription SIM card instead of a data pack, to top up. And now it’s saying it’s being delivered and I can’t refunded it dose anyone know how I can get the money back and cancel the order??

@Kayleyanglesye : If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
