Error code 10

Hi, I think I got account locked because I can't send messages and make calls.. every time I send SMS I get this error 10.I tried to change my network manually but didn't work. I top up credits today on my account but can't buy add-on or make a new plan.

It might be because I had to travel recently and didn't use my account for a while, but I need it back because I'm locked from the majority of my services.

I tried to call 150 and send BALANCE but it says I don't have enough credits.

@kvlmv : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

I've tried a few times to buy a new Pack and Add-on with my EE balance and my card as well but I'm still getting this error:

"What happened?

Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

I called few numbers starting with 084 or 087 (chargeable numbers) but no success.. I can easily buy a new SIM card from another company but I will lost few services I've subscribed already and its a bit of a pain.

I might have to give them a call tomorrow and try to reinstate my account.. as soon as I get the answer I will come back with the solution.
