I have a £10 pay as you go pack and usally have around 10GB of data and still do. I topped up on the 9th of November but for some reason it’s saying I only have 2.8GB left? Is it possible that my phone used up the data running something in the background? Also when I text 150 it says I have 5 GB left but on the app it says i have 2.8GB left. Can someone please help me with this before call EE

@Landen1 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
The £10 pack comes with 8GB as standard.
