Help finding my credit

I bought an EE sim card for 99p then went online and bought the package of 20GB, 500 minutes and unlimited texts for £10. Received another sim in the post today so put that in my phone and downloaded the EE app. My account says I have 36GB 0 minutes and 0 texts! When I try and call on this number it says I don't have credit. Very confused

Yes 2 sims 2 numbers 

Just spoken to EE helpdesk and all is now sorted. Great customer service and so helpful and friendly
