My number cannot call or text abroad and call centres online from EE are NON

MY NUMBER CANNOT TEXT OR CALL OR RECEIVE CALLS AT ALL - NO EVEN ABLE TO TEXT 150 - EITHER IN UK OR ABORAD. EE NOT HELPFULL AT ALL. THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR NO REASON AND I AM A CUSTOMER SINCE 2008 I NEED EE FOR MY NUMBER MOBILE TO CALL ME ASAP OR EMAIL ME ACTUALLY AS I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIUVE CALLS AS I WILL BE SURE CHANGING PROVIDER.

If you're abroad which country are you in, and did you make sure to enable roaming on your account before you went away?
