EE PAYG Website

I have a MYEE account which has several PAYG phones attached to it.  When I try to top up any of the numbers/phones it constantly swaps to another phone/number which has caused a fair amount of unnecessary expense and a great deal of frustration.  Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue with the system?  I am also having the same issue trying to change the subscription pack.

Any guidance would be most appreciated.

@Max83 : When you are on the Home page of your online MyEE select the no. you want to top-up or buy a pack for from the drop-down next to the default no. that's showing just beneath the thick advertising banner.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

This is what I have been doing, the details then appear for the number that I want, however when I select plan or top up or manage it reverts to another number altogether.

Hi @Max83.

Do you have access to the EE app?

If yes, does this work as it should?

Speak soon,

Katie
