How to get billing info for the past 12 months

I need to make some expenses claims, and I generate a PDF showing the payments I've made for the past 12 months. Unfortunately the best I could manage was a web page showing my top-up-history that only goes back 90 days.

https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/top-up-history

I'm on PAYG.

Any top-ups made using a credit or debit card should show on the relevant financial statement.

A receipt then?

You could get a receipt if you top-up with money at a store that sells top-ups, buying a top-up voucher in such a store or using an ATM.

So, even though a corner shop can issue a receipt, a large multinational company at the cutting edge of technology is not able to do so. Got it.
