Hi there.
Just purchased a (zero, no contract) 100gb PAYG sim from EE.
The sim arrived today, but I'm unsure how it works.
I received 2 pieces of paper saying that: £20 & £10 top-up will be added in 2 days. Does this sound right?

Ok managed to speak to someone in the PAYG Care Team, and he sorted it out.
