Hello
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has caused me inconvenience and financial loss. Last month, while I was traveling, I bought a 100 GB package for my internet usage. However, I did not register for the automatic package extension, as I prefer to buy the 5 pound package every time.
Unfortunately, yesterday, when my package expired, I was shocked to see that you had automatically extended my 100 GB package without my permission. This resulted in a deduction of £27 from my account, which has caused me considerable financial inconvenience.
I would like to request an immediate refund of the £27 that was deducted from my account without my consent. I would also like to request that the automatic extension stop on my account, as I never authorized it. Additionally, I have 95 GB of data left from the previous package, which I would like to roll over to my £5 package.
I hope that you can resolve this issue promptly, and I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the refund and rollover of my data. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
[Mod edit: Please do not post phone numbers on the public board. Thanks!]

@Aanet : You cannot not register for the automatic pack renewal; it is automatic. You can however stop it recurring by texting STOP PACK to 150. It's like you are opted in by default but you can explicitly opt out.
Also, I don't think there is any longer a £5 pack.
