Did you mean:

Do I still have £10 credit for texts and calls after the 30day data runs out?

I have searched and searched for an answer to this very simple question. There is nowhere I can find in any of the various pdfs, queries etc after 1 hour of searching. I just want to know if I still have credit for sending texts or making calls after the 30 day data offer expires - that is all I'm asking...

And also tell me why I cannot see what that deduction was for, despite EE CLEARLY STATING SEE LAST 60 DAYS USAGE BUT ONLY SHOWING LAST 30 DAYS... ANSWER THAT TOO PLEASE.

@p3ncp3r5 : You can't be charged for data from your credit. You have to buy a data add-on or a pack to have any data.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@p3ncp3r5   Why are you so rude ? There’s no need to shout.  I hope you get answers to your problems,  but in not here to be treated like it’s my fault that you don’t know what’s happening with your account or any other chargeable actions that you incurred on said account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I couldn't agree more.

For my wife's safety, I added a PayGo EE sim in an old fashioned 2004 car phone that can handle calls and text only. I was extremely disappointed to find that  had no credit after 30 days even though not used for anything other than to recive calls. And I am concerned that it will expire after 6 months if not topped-up.

I will clearly have to go to another provider next month.

Hi @DickySixpence

Welcome to the community.

You can have the pay as you go SIM without a 30 day pack. You just need to text STOP PACK to 150, which will stop the pack from renewing when next topped up, and the credit would be used if and when a call is made or a text sent.

The SIM would stay active for 179 days if there is no chargeable usage, before going into hibernation, and you then have 90 days to contact our customer service guides to reactivate it before it is disconnected and the number and credit lost.

There is more on how this works and what is classed as chargeable activity on our What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it? page.
