Dissappearing credit

I topped my account with 15£ on the 28th of September, and the money was still in my account yesterday morning. It disappeared in the afternoon and my pack still isn't activated. Where has my money gone ? I tried activating the pack while the money was still there. There was a line saying "next due in 28 days" but when I tried calling, it says I don't have enough credit. I 'm also abroad for a few days and it's useless. I can't activate roaming, I can't call, nothing.

Roaming is already enabled on pay as you go.
If you wish to use your subscription pack then you will be required to purchase a Roaming Pass this is charged at either £2.50 per day or £10 for 7 days. You must have the credit available on your account when purchasing the pass.

Should you not wish to purchase a pass you will need to have credit available for local rate charges. You can find local rate charges HERE by searching your destination.
