Pay as you go SIM unavailable to link to app

Hi, I just got a Pay as you go SIM card but can't get it linked to my ee app. It always turned out to be "Sorry, ...". Have tried for several times.

@Jiong   Instead of trying with the app why not try and create an online account as they you can just sign in to the app.  You can create that online account HERE
