My sim has been disabled . I need it activated . I have just topped up but unable to send a text. I can’t call customer service too . This is the only channel of communication.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this internet forum.
When a PAYG SIM is hibernated for non-usage after 179 days, outbound calls are normally redirected to 150 precisely for this reason.
If, for whatever reason, this doesn't work, you will need to call from another phone on 07953 966150.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

How do I fix it now ? I can’t call customer service . Are they able to solve the problem here ? It’s exactly 6months of non chargeable call . I was told I have till 30th of March but got disconnected before then . I need it activated

Only by phoning CS to request it be reactivated.
