@Ashleigh2005 : Sorry, what exactly is the problem? You bought a top-up voucher but it didn't work on your Mum's phone or had your Mum already topped-up & she didn't need it?

Generally top-up vouchers are not refundable but you could try taking it back to the shop where you bought it.
